Dining and hospitality will be again be part of the unique festival experience this year and we have partnered with Eunice Power to offer both a Formal Dining Menu and Gourmet Table Picnic.  New for 2022, Chef Colin Hennessy will also be presenting formal dining options for two days at Dromore Yard.

Eunice Power returns with a fantastic pre-opera dinner menu, as well as a choice of sumptuous gourmet table picnics, with seating available in luxurious, stretch tents within the beautiful grounds of Lismore Castle.

We are excited to announce there will be Sunday Lunch and Festival Finale Supper available in the traditional buildings of the old 1800s yard at Dromore Yard, by Chef Colin Hennessy.
